These
are
4 and 8
week packages to provide a consistent flow of training, knowledge and
skills. This consistency will lead to improved habits and processes by
your team to assist your firm with acquiring and retaining customers.
This training will be delivered via a
weekly conference call lasting 60 to 90 minutes. There will be a weekly
agenda and participation from your sales team will be required.
Smaller teams will meet for 60 minutes per week for 4 weeks, while
larger teams will need the 90 minute, 8 week course.
The Action Plan
will include weekly wins, losses, goals, and obstacles.
